Waterline stains is extra

If you are worried about your pool or equipment condition and/or performance, we can take a look, and service it for you and if the issue can not be fixed on the day we shall advise Or quote options to rectify any issues at hand.

Pool note pool clean and test and balance does not include in this service, that will incur additional charges if required at the time.

Callout fee starts at $125 up to one hour per visit. If the job/task takes more than one visit addition call out costs will incur.

Excludes parts and materials this will incur extra $$

If you have just had concrete laid around the pool. We shall come and vacuum the pool to waste using our service pump and vacuum equipment.

Please note there's a flat $150 pump and equipment usage (this covers maintenance to our equipment afterwards).

Plus cost of chemicals required before, during, afterwards are charged as extra $$$$

Is your pool green, yellow , black/brown pool or is covered in staining we will require/prefer an onsite inspection so we can give you a detailed quote with exact fix cost to treat the pool and bring it back to being beautiful and sparkling clean. We will also check all equipment and make sure its all in full working order.

Please note when treating a green pool if any stains are present on the Pool surface this may incur extra charges (examples of stains include blackspot algae, osmosis, rust marks)

These services usually take multiple visits to complete. Unless quoted Chemicals are not included in the cost this will be charged extra accordingly.

Take the guess work out of knowing or not knowing weather your investment has issues, i will inspect your pool and equipment and give you a full written report of any possible faults and also give you quotes for helping to resolve/repair/replace any faults within my findings.

New to being a pool owner? this is a perfect way to learn how to run and operate your pool and equipment like a professional. we shall run through a program and show you everything you need to know, ask questions and get the answers you need. we will leave you feeling more confident about looking after and maintaining your pool leaving it sparkling all year round.

All equipment will be inspected on site for full functionality. Any issues will be reported and quoted if required.

Please note this service is up to one hour (extra time will be charged accordingly) also this service does not include a full clean and test and balance of chemicals this will incur addition charges if wanted/required
